VICTORE(Visually Impaired Children: The Opportunities, Responsibilities and Expectations) offers programming for families with school-aged children who are blind or visually impaired, all free of charge. VICTORE is a collaborative project between the Center for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and the Badger Association of the Blind. They offer a variety of events throughout the year.
