Rules of Conduct

  • You must be 18 years old or legally recognized as an adult.

  • Post your own thoughts, ideas and feelings.

  • Do not announce or advertise commercial services or products, content or links offered by you or another individual or company

  • Be responsible for your posting, material should not be either wrongful or unlawful in terms of copyright, trademark, trade name or trade secret law nor should it be discriminatory, defamatory or obscene.

  • Be considerate of other participants.

  • Do not use other participants' postings except to the extent permitted by fair use or by obtaining the participant's permission.

Terms of Service

  • Your postings are your own and you retain all rights to them
  • NHU assumes no liability for your postings.
  • NHU reserves the right to correct format, spelling and grammar on postings.
  • NHU reserves the right to remove postings or permission to participate whenever it believes necessary.
  • NHU reserves the right to use all submitted posting for electronic display and distribution for the NHU Community Discussion Forum and New Horizons Un-Limited website. Contributors assign their rights to submitted postings to NHU for the purposes listed above.

  • As always you can view New Horizons Un-Limited Community Forum information without registering, but posting will require registration.
