Helen Keller Services for the Blind National Center provides orientation, mobility and job training as well as education programs and adaptive technology for legally blind people.

National Industries for the Severely Handicapped (NISH) works to create employment opportunities for people with severe disabilities by securing Federal contracts through the Ability One Program.
