"Looking after my health today, gives me a better hope for tomorrow."  -- Anne Wilson Schaef

Summer is a good time to renew your physical fitness and health.  Get out and about and soak up some
sunshine and fresh air.   There are more opportunities to buy fresh fruits and vegetables from your local farmer's market.
Try a new physical activity such as adaptive golf or adaptive fishing.

The paralympics and special olympics show that people with disabilities can be athletes with extreme power, but not all of us need to achieve olympic status to maintain good health and fitness.

If you are just starting out on a new physical fitness regime, be sure to consult your doctor, go slow and build up your
endurance.
