It's normal to be concerned and anxious during these problematic times.  Doing something to take your mind off of any problem can reduce stress and generally make us feel better.


I found a list compiled by Forbes and meant for those age 55+ but relevant to all ages.  The list is very helpful in allowing us to find ways to take our minds off events even though we are confined to tight quarters.  If this list doesn't help and you are really down, consult your doctor, and remember there is always social media, phone, text, and email in which we can all still communicate.


Remember, smile, you are still healthy
and if you are not healthy
smile, because you will get healthy.
