ADA Information Center offers information to employers regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act. They offer informational documents, training materials, referral resources and technical assistance. ADA Information Center is maintained by the Rocky Mountain Disability and Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC), which is funded by the U.S. Department of Education's National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR).

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ensures equality of opportunity by vigorously enforcing federal legislation prohibiting discrimination in employment.
