Ford Mobility Motoring Program offers assistance to drivers with physical disabilities. The program offers cash assistance of up to $1,000 for the installation of adaptive equipment, and up to $200 on alerting devices, on new Ford Motor Company vehicle purchases or leases, comprehensive roadside assistance and a Ford cellular telephone. General Motors Mobility Assistance Center offers people with disabilities financial assistance and cash reimbursement for necessary vehicle modifications made to any new qualifying GM vehicle purchased through an authorized GM dealer in the United States.
