North Central Florida Post Polio Support Group has a mission to inform and educate polio survivors, families, friends, physicians, therapists and suppliers about post polio syndrome (PPS). They are a not-for-profit support group reaching out to well over 800 survivors of polio within a 100-mile radius of Ocala, Florida. University of Michigan Health Organization Post-Polio Syndrome has an article on post polio syndrome, with symptoms, exams and tests , treatment overview, home treatment and other places to get help, and resources. This also offers home treatment and other resources to get help.
Michigan Post Polio Syndrome resources is a locator and lists doctors, clinics and support groups and organizations from across the state of Michigan. Find the support group nearest you. Bay Cliff provides a week-long recreational camp for adults with physical disabilities—Camp Independence.
