New Sign ElderCare Locator by the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging is a nationwide call center and website that connects older Americans, Adults with Disabilities and their caregivers with information on services in one's area. Use the automated locator on their website by submitting your zip code or city/state name. Although it does not advertise as a locator for disability services, when you enter your information, you will get both elder and disability services. To contact, send an email to: eldercarelocator@n4a.org, or phone 1-800-677-1116. The locator covers many service topics such as Adult Day Programs, Healthy Aging, Behavioral Health, Home Repair and Modification, Food and Nutrition, In-Home Services and many other topics.
