Safety

Safety offers people with disabilities information and resources on how to live safe in your home, work and other community settings and increase your awareness of the surrounding community. Make the right choices to keep yourself safe and still be an active member of society and have a fulfilling life!

To start, assess your disability and safety needs, prepare a safety kit, put together a group of people you can count on as a support network and consider an evacuation plan in the event of an emergency.
