There are more ways to share your experience, express your emotions, needs, and offer others a way to respond.

  • Start a blog page for family and friends.  There are many care page outlets.  People will be able to read how things are going for you and offer what they can do to help.
  • Write a journal, the more medically specific you are, the better.   Your doctor will find it very helpful in developing better treatment options for you.
  • Many of these journal projects have assisted research and doctors in knowledge of progression or stabilization and how to find the best treatments for anyone facing the same disability.
  • You will make a significant contribution to the world of knowledge!
